His P.A replied "There is 1000 Financial Institute with 500 banks if some aren't closed or new aren't opened after I count them.

संविधानसभा निर्वाचनसम्पन्न भएको दुई महिना वितिसके पनि दलहरुबीच नयाँ सरकार निर्माण, राष्ट्रपतिको चयन तथा सेना समायोजन लगायतका विषयहरुमा सहमति बन्न सकेको छैन् । उनीहरुवीचको असहमतिकै कारण संविधानसभाले महत्वपूर्ण काम नथालेको तीनसाता पुगिसकेको छ । असार ४ गते हुने संविधानसभाको चौथो बैठकले पनि संविधान निर्माणको काम थाल्ने सम्भावना निकै कम छ । दुई वर्षभित्र संविधान निर्माण तथा अन्य धेरै कामहरु गर्नुपर्ने संविधानसभाका दिनहरु वित्थामा वित्नुलाई कुनै सर्तमा राम्रो मान्न सकिदैन।

दलहरुका बीचमा विशेषगरी राष्ट्रपति पद र माओवादी लडाकुको समायोजन नै मुख्य विमतीको विषय रहेको छ । लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र ल्याउन आफ्नो दलको मुख्य भूमिका रहेकाले पहिलो राष्ट्रपति आफ्नो पार्टीले पाउनुपर्ने काँग्रेसको दावी छ र यसका लागि उसले प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालालाई अगाडी सारेको छ । राष्ट्राध्यक्षको समेत कार्यभार अहिले सम्हालीरहेका कोइरालामा राष्ट्रपति हुने तिब्र इच्छा भएपनि उनी आफैले यसबारे मुख खोलेका छैनन् । आफ्ना विश्वासपात्र गृहमन्त्री कृष्णप्रसाद सिटौला मार्फत मोही माग्ने ढुङग्रो लुकाउने शैलीमा उनले माओवादी समर्थनको याचना गरिरहेका छन् । सेनाको परमाधिपति, संकटकाल लगाउने तथा राजदुतको ओहदाको प्रमाणपत्र बुझ्ने अधिकारसहितको राष्ट्रपति हुन कोइराला चाहान्छन् । तर, कोइरालालाई कुनै हालतमा पनि राष्ट्रपति वनाउने पक्षमा नरहेको माओवादी नेताहरुको भनाइले स्पष्ट पारिसकेको छ । कोइराला राष्ट्रपति भए आफूले पाउने प्रधानमन्त्रीले सहजरुपमा काम गर्न नपाउने र कोईरालाको निर्देशनमा वाध्य हुनुपर्ने निश्कर्ष माओवादीको छ । त्यसैले, उ राष्ट्रपतिका निम्ति राजनीतिमा खासै सक्रिय हुननसक्ने तथा आफूले भने अनुसार सहिछाप गर्ने 'स्वतन्त्र' व्यक्तिको खोजीमा छ ।

माओवादी लडाकु व्यवस्थापनको स्पष्ट खाका वनाएर माओवादीको नेतृत्वमा त्यो शक्ति नरहने निश्चित नभएसम्म उसलाई कार्यकारी प्रधानमन्त्री दिन नहुने अडान नेपाली काँग्रेस र नेकपा एमालेले राखिरहेका छन् । माओवादी भने सेना समायोजनको मन्त्री स्तरीय एउटा समिती वनाउने तथा त्यो बिबादलाई अहिले पर सार्ने पक्षमा छ र अहिले उ छिटै सरकारको नेतृत्व गरिहाल्न हतारिएको देखिएको छ । नेपाली काँग्रेसले भने माओवादी सेना बिघटन गरेपछि पनि त्यसका लडाकूलाई राष्ट्रिय सेनाको साटो अन्यत्रै समायोजन गर्ने अडान राखिरहेको छ । यसैगरी वाईसीएलको अर्ध सैनिक संरचना बिघटन र माओवादीद्धारा कब्जा गरिएका नागरिकका सम्पती फिर्ता पनि दलहरुविचको विमतीका विषय हुन् । यद्यपी, राष्ट्रपतिको बिबाद समाधान हुनासाथ संविधानसभाको वहुमतले सरकार वनाउन सक्ने प्रावधान लगायतका सवै मुद्धाहरु टुङगिने तथा नयाँ सरकार वन्ने सम्भावना रहेको बताइदैछ । संविधान निर्माणको खाका र त्यस अनुसारको नीती तथा कार्यक्रमभन्दा पनि पदीय वाँडफाँडलाई दलहरुले मुख्य मुद्धा वनाएका छन् ।
